This one-of-a-kind hand-painted bangle bracelet is upcycled* from the thick cardboard tube from a roll of packing tape! This funky bracelet design is called “Bengal Bangle” and is inspired by the lovely and majestic Bengal tiger. It’s mostly a light orange color with streaks of tan and bold black tiger stripes all over. The inside is painted black and my initials (J.A.) are signed in silver. This bracelet has small silver beads strung with black jewelry rope. There is a silver tiger charm attached in the middle part of the bracelet and there's a tan/brownish colored coin shell charm on each side. The bracelet “latch” is a black jewelry rope loop that secures with a large ceramic black/white/tan bead kind of like you would fasten a button…the bracelet will most likely be able to slip over your hand so you may not even need to undo it each time. This bracelet measures almost 2” tall and is about 9-1/2” in total circumference.
After all of the paint is completely dry, the bracelet is varnished for a bit of protection, extra durability, and some shine. Be sure to read the "Caring for your Bracelet Section" so that you can take good care of your hand-painted bracelet and treasure it for many years!
